We make every effort to handle, pack and ship your item within 1/2 days of purchase, however delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances and extremely busy periods.All items shipped are FULLY insured to its maximum value.
All of our items are sent out using DHL Express. From the moment of dispatch which gives every customer full tracking details to track the item, from the moment it's posted until it reaches the destination, you'll also receive text message with updates and your delivery time slot.
For Worldwide Delivery we also currently use DHL Express service or Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed For service depending upon what you choose on checkout. Please be aware that some for certain countries you will be charged import taxes and fee's and this is not the responsibility of Montage Memorabilia.

RETURN POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.If you receive the goods damaged, please email contact@montagememorabilia.com within 48 hours of the delivery. You must notify us of any unwanted items within 14 days and return the item to us within the same time frame. If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, you may return for an exchange or refund, providing they are in a new and unused condition. Items are returned at buyers own risk, so we advise you use a tracked service and insure it for cost of goods to protect against any potential damage in transit. Before you return an item, please contact us.
